User Agreement & Platform Rules

1 Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "977pak" refers to the online gaming platform operated at https://977pak.bio, including all associated sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and APIs.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player to access real-money gaming services on 977pak.
• "Platform" means the entirety of the 977pak website, software, services, and content.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who registers an account with 977pak and is subject to these Terms.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other gaming product offered by 977pak.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits or free bet vouchers credited to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the sole base currency of the 977pak platform.
• "Verification" means the Know Your Customer (KYC) process by which 977pak confirms a Player's identity and eligibility.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which use of the 977pak Platform is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 977pak Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and close your account.

Your continued use of 977pak following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. 977pak reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their account and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to the 977pak Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are acting as an individual in a personal capacity and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Territory where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by 977pak for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed with 977pak or any other gaming operator.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress or undue influence.

977pak employs third-party age and identity verification services as part of its KYC process. All Players may be required to submit government-issued identification documents — such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence — before deposits, withdrawals, or continued gameplay are permitted. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe will result in account suspension.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on 977pak, you must register a Player Account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 977pak Platform at any time. Registering multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. 977pak will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Pakistani Mobile Number: A valid Pakistani mobile number (e.g., registered with Jazz, Telenor, Zong, or Ufone) is required for account registration and serves as a primary verification method.
• Account Updates: You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. Outdated information that results in failed KYC verification is the Player's responsibility.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 977pak Platform are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied, and there are no hidden exchange rate spreads on any transaction.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200.
• Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, GrabPay, and 1LINK.
• Deposits are reflected in your account balance within approximately 90 seconds of successful payment confirmation.
• 977pak does not accept deposits from third parties. The name on your payment method must match your registered 977pak account name.
• 977pak uses SSL encryption on all payment pages to ensure the security of your financial data.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 10 minutes during operational hours (24/7 for supported payment methods).
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your 977pak account.
• Before processing any withdrawal, 977pak may require completion of KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed identity verification are not eligible for withdrawals.
• 977pak reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

977pak periodically offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to both new and existing Players. The following general terms apply to all promotional offers unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers are stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, exchanged, or shared.
• Only one active bonus may be held in a Player's account at a time unless a promotion's specific terms explicitly allow otherwise.
• 977pak reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if it suspects abuse, misuse, or fraudulent activity.
• Players who 977pak determines have opened multiple accounts to claim bonuses will have all accounts closed and all associated bonus funds and winnings forfeited.
• Bonus offers are not available to Players who have self-excluded or are subject to any active responsible gaming restriction on their account.
• 977pak's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing a wager on the 977pak Platform, you agree to the following rules and acknowledge their binding nature:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by 977pak. The Platform reserves the right to refuse any bet or to restrict bet sizes at its discretion, with or without providing a reason.
• Confirmed Bets: A bet is considered confirmed only when a unique bet reference number has been issued by the Platform. Until that reference number is generated, no bet has been placed.
• Errors & Malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or manifest pricing error, 977pak reserves the right to void any affected bets. Winnings paid as a result of a manifest error may be reclaimed from a Player's account balance.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are subject to a brief delay in acceptance to prevent exploitation of known results. 977pak reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time.
• Match Integrity: Any bet placed on an event that is subsequently found to have been subject to match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corruption may be voided by 977pak, and the matter referred to the relevant sporting authority and law enforcement bodies.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the bet placement interface. These limits may be altered by 977pak at any time.
• Casino Games: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer procedures. Game results are final once a round is concluded and confirmed by the system.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 977pak Platform. Any Player found to be engaging in these activities will have their account immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information or identity documents.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or in a manner that violates any applicable anti-money laundering (AML) law or regulation.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Using automated bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation from 977pak.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in casino games.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or acting as an agent for any undisclosed principal.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening 977pak staff, customer support agents, or other users.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion measures or responsible gaming tools by creating new accounts.
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or other technologies to disguise your true geographic location or to circumvent Platform access restrictions.

9 Responsible Gaming

977pak is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming among all its Players. We believe that gaming should remain an enjoyable recreational activity and never become a source of harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players within the account settings menu:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Check Reminders: Periodic on-screen reminders of how long a Player has been active in a given session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspensions of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days available on request.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from the 977pak Platform by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 977pak Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall compilation of the Platform — is the property of 977pak or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform.
• Use any data mining, scraping, robots, or similar automated data gathering or extraction tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform without 977pak's prior written authorisation.
• Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any software contained on or forming part of the Platform.

The 977pak name, logo, and all associated brand marks are trademarks of the Platform operator. Unauthorised use of any 977pak trademark is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 977pak and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform.
• Any content obtained from the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to, or alteration of, your account or transmissions.
• Technical failures, outages, or interruptions beyond 977pak's reasonable control.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you. In such cases, 977pak's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

977pak collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

977pak will not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with third-party service providers — including payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services — solely to the extent necessary to provide the Platform's services.

All payment data is processed under SSL encryption. 977pak does not store full card numbers or complete payment credentials on its servers. All financial data is handled by PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

977pak reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Discovery that a Player is under 21 years of age.
• Discovery that a Player has provided false registration information.
• Multi-accounting or the use of automated betting tools without authorisation.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request relating to the account.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormancy policy may apply).

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonuses subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to the satisfactory completion of all applicable verification and AML checks.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 977pak holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and 977pak, the Player must first contact our Customer Support team in writing to attempt an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved within 30 days of written notice, either party may escalate the dispute to the appropriate regulatory body or arbitration service specified under 977pak's applicable gaming licence.

977pak's decisions regarding gaming outcomes, account actions, and bonus eligibility are final unless demonstrably affected by a technical error. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event in question. Claims raised after this period may not be considered.

15 Amendments to These Terms

977pak reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published at https://977pak.bio/terms-conditions and will bear the effective date of the latest revision.

Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect Player rights or obligations — 977pak will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the registered email address associated with your account or through a prominent notice on the Platform's homepage. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you disagree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team. Outstanding balances will be processed in accordance with Section 13 of these Terms.
